I started making Holiday cards for those who replied to my special holiday card post. These are scheduled to go out in the mail sometime in the next two weeks depending on when I will be finished my other cards. I'm not going to reveal which card is whose, however, I'm sure some of you have already figured out by now which one is yours.

My co-op had a craft sale!! Of course I sold some of my soaps, home made ediables and jewlery. I made an even $30 which isn't bad considering that there was no table fee. All $30 is going straight to my vacation fund :)

Wow I haven't actually written in this crafty Journal in a long time. I haven't done much crafting lately other than making a ballarina Tu-Tu for a photoshoot that I'm doing later this month.
I went to the fabric store to pic up some more netting material for the Tu-Tu and after talking to this girl about sewing, I was inspired to take up sewing again.
I used to take sewing classes when I was younger but dropped out after two years due to lack of time. My mom has a sewing machine at home but at the moment, the fold in sewing machine is serving as a desktop for my monitor and keyboard. Technically the computer monitor is not that heavy it's just the issue of where to keep it while I sew.
I don't want to spend $300 on a machine when my mom's retro 70's sewing machine is fully functional. I just won't be able to use the computer on the weekend 'cause I like to sew in sections over time. With my busy schedule, I don't have time to sit in front of a machine for X amount of hours sewing pants, shirts or whatever.
For Christmas I want to make my best friend Aaron and I matching shirts. We're always getting lost at shows. His would say "I have a 9 inch dick" and mine would say "I'm looking for a guy with a big dick". That way at shows, we'll always find each other. In fact I would like to make most of my friends and family clothes this year for Christmas.
Now I must go back to making my Tu-Tu

I made Green Tea soap. I didn't take a picture 'cause it wasn't an exciting piece of art or anything. It's basically a brown piece of 5 oz soap that smells like Green Tea.
I found some of my mom's old crochet books from the 70's. I want to learn how to crochet to kill time on the bus. Also this year for X-mas (I know that it is a long time away but I am so slow when it comes to my crafts) I want to make all my loved ones Scarfs to keep warm.
Speaking of crafting....I need more beads, on second thought, I need more time to make bracelets.

I made some soap. It is a "Cherry Lifesavers" flavor and smells EXACTLY like the red cherry Lifesavers candy. In fact, that is what the scent on the package says...Cherry Livesavor. The design is a swirl of solid and clear soap. The soap is 100% home made and hand crafted. Each bar is a 5 oz.
